By booking with Escape to Bali you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy. While we strive to keep our policies up to date and accurate, Escape to Bali reserves the right to make changes at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. In the event of any dispute, the interpretation and application of this policy will be governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Refund Policy 

At Escape to Bali, we understand that plans can change. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking to ensure you are aware of your rights and responsibilities.

1. General Refund Conditions

Refund eligibility varies by package and is outlined in the details of each individual package. Unless otherwise stated in writing, the following standard refund terms apply:

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of your scheduled date of departure: You may be eligible for a partial refund, less any non-refundable fees or deposits already paid to third party providers.

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of departure: All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Escape to Bali

​​

  • No-shows or failure to make final payment on time: No refunds will be issued.

​​

2. Rescheduling ​

You may request to reschedule your trip once. Approval will be subject to availability and third-party providers terms. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and must be approved in writing by Escape to Bali

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved funds will be processed within 14 days of confirmation. Please note, any bank or transaction fees incurred are non-refundable

4.Non-Refundable Components

Some components of your package may be non-refundable due to third-party policies (e.g. hotels, activity providers, or transport bookings). These costs will be deducted from any refund amount.

5. Changes Initiated by Escape to Bali

If we cancel or significantly alter your trip due to unforseen circumstances  (e.g. natural disaster, government restrictions), you will be offered a choice of a rescheduled date, a travel credit, or a refund minus any non-recoverable expenses already paid to third-party providers).

6. Travel Insurance Requirement

Refunds will not be issued for losses that could be covered by travel insurance.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund please contact us in writing at info@escapetobali.com.au with your full name, booking reference, and reason for the request. You may be asked to provide documentation.
