Terms & Conditions

By booking a travel package with Escape to Bali you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.

1. Booking and payment

​

• A booking is confirmed only once payment has been received in full or a deposit is paid per the package terms.

• Payment plans are available for eligible packages and must be completed in full prior to travel.

• All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) use dropdown box to convert to NZD​ (New Zealand Dollars) ​

2. Cancellations and refunds​

​

• Refunds are subject to the Refund Policy outlined on each individual package.

• In most cases, cancellations made within 30 days of departure are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing

• you may request to reschedule your booking, subject to availability and approval.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a trip due to unforeseen circumstances  (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions)

3. Travel Insurance

​

• You are responsible for arranging your own comprehensive travel insurance. It is not compulsory but it is highly advised. ​

• Escape to Bali is not liable for any costs related to illness, injury, loss of property, missed flights or trip cancellations.

4. Passport, Visas & Entry Requirements

​

• It is your responsibility to ensure you hold a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from your return date

• You are also responsible for obtaining any necessary visas or meeting any government travel requirements

5. Third Party Providers

​

• ​We partner with carefully selected third-party providers (hotels, transport, activity hosts etc.). While we take every care in choosing trusted partners, Escape to Bali is not liable for the actions or performance of any third-party providers.

• Any issues that arise with third-party providers must be addressed directly with that provider

6. Assumption of Risk

​

• By booking a package, you acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks (including but not limited to accidents, health risks, travel delays, and natural disasters).

• You agree to participate in the trip at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

​

To the extent permitted by law, Escape to Bali is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, injury, damage, or expense incurred during your trip, including those arising from third-party services.

8. Changes to packages

​

• We reserve the right to modify or replace any accommodation, transport, or activities with a comparable alternative if needed.

• In the event of changes due to circumstances beyond our control, we will do our best to inform you promptly.

9. Code of Conduct

​

• ​Travelers are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, fellow travelers and local culture.

• We reserve the right to remove any person from a tour or activity without refund due to disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior.
